From scattered spreadsheets to accountable compliance

Compliance information is often spread across spreadsheets, emails, documents and departmental systems. That makes it hard to keep ownership, follow deadlines and understand your actual position. OneCompliance connects every step in a structured lifecycle.

AI-assisted compliance

AI proposes. People review and approve.

OneCompliance uses AI to extract candidate requirements from supported regulatory content, summarise regulatory documents in English and Arabic, and draft risks. Nothing becomes an authoritative obligation until a designated reviewer confirms it.

1AI extracts candidate requirements, with source references
2Reviewer checks, edits, rejects or approves
3Approved items become obligations with owners

OneCompliance: frequently asked questions

What is OneCompliance?

OneCompliance is an integrated governance, risk and compliance (GRC) platform from Alif Technologies. It links regulatory sources, obligations, controls, tasks, evidence, risks, findings and corrective actions so teams can see what must be done, who is responsible and what action is required next.

Does OneCompliance use AI?

Yes. AI assists with extracting candidate requirements from supported regulatory content, English and Arabic document summaries and risk drafting. Authoritative decisions stay with your designated reviewers: AI proposes, people review and approve.

Can it manage board and committee governance?

Yes. It includes governance body registers, meeting agendas, attendance, conflict-of-interest disclosures, voting and recusal records, minutes approval and resolution follow-up.

Does it cover HR compliance and WPS?

It includes an HR compliance workspace for employment contracts, employee document expiry and Wage Protection System reconciliation exceptions. It supports oversight and reconciliation and is not a payroll-processing system.

Bring clarity and accountability to your GRC processes

Move from disconnected compliance records to a structured, connected operating model. Understand requirements, assign responsibilities, document evidence, manage exposure and follow corrective action through to completion.
